The November Resource Toolkit (formerly the newsletter toolkit) is a comprehensive 16-page guide designed specifically for our Insiders to enhance their childcare programs next month.

I spend over 12 hours each month working on developing unique and exciting ideas for the upcoming month so you don’t have to! My resource toolkit includes a staff learning spotlight, pre-written content for your newsletter, an overview of unique days to celebrate (and ideas for how to celebrate) along with many pages of supporting resources to make implementing these fun activities a breeze.

This month’s staff spotlight highlights the idea that there is “no such thing as bad weather,” encouraging staff to make the most of outdoor play, no matter the conditions. The printable is a fantastic resource to hang in your staff lounge as a reminder! You’ll also discover exciting ideas for celebrating holidays like Kindness Month, Election Day, Apple Cider Day, and Small Business Saturday.

To assist with these activities, the toolkit includes pre-designed resources such as a family kindness challenge printable, coffee and tea bar signs, an “I voted for…” prop for snack voting on Election Day, a recipe for making apple cider in the classroom, and forms for showcasing the parents who are small business owners.
