This Teacher Appreciation Week, I’m pausing our usual weekly planner to re-share one of my most-read posts ever — Dear Director a heartfelt note to directors everywhere. This is my thank-you to you, the childcare leaders who hold it all together.
You may not hear it often enough, but the work you do matters more than words can say. This letter is just a small way to honor the dedication, love, and care you pour into your staff, your families, and the children you serve every single day.
